BASIC JOB DUTIES
 

• Layout, assembly and installation of plumbing systems.

• Layout and installation of cast iron, PVC and ABS sewer, vent and roof drain piping.

• Layout and installation of copper, CPVC and PEX water distribution piping.

• Threading, layout and installation of steel gas piping.

• Assembly, installation and start-up of various plumbing fixtures, equipment and components.

• Conduct assigned daily job requirements with the utmost safety, quality, and productivity in mind.

• Responsible for skilled use of tools, equipment, and materials pertinent to the plumbing trade.

• Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

• Has and maintains proper use of all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.

• Familiarizes self with project task safety plans, documentation, practices and procedures and executes them during the work day.

• Work with and train/help any plumbers, helpers which may be assigned to work with you.

• Clean and clear the work area after job has been completed.

• Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.

• Understanding, recognizing and complying with OSHA safety regulations
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Clean driving record

• Own work boots (steel/reinforced toe optional)

• Own hand tools

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

• Reliable transportation

• Own cell phone

• Lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
