RESIDENTIAL HEATER MAINTENANCE
@ FORREST ANDERSON

You live in Phoenix where there are 300+ days of sunshine every year.

You don’t worry much about heating your home but you should.

When temperatures dip below 70 degrees, you’ll feel the chill and want to flip your heater on.

You won’t get left in the cold when you have the Forrest Anderson Maintenance Agreement.

We get your heater ready for the winter making sure the most common reasons for residential heater repairs are addressed.

  • Fan motors have lots of moving parts that need to be checked for wear and tear on a regular basis. Ignoring a faulty fan motor can result in the system overheating and shutting off to prevent other parts from getting too hot.

  • Blower blades require regular cleaning to prevent reduced airflow and keep the system working efficiently. A dirty blower works harder resulting in higher utility bills and wear and tear on the heat exchanger.

  • Heat exchanger runs hotter when the blower is in need of repair or maintenance. This causes a higher rate of expansion and contraction of the metal in the heat exchanger. When the metal becomes fatigued, could damage the heat exchanger. This is common in older heaters that have not been serviced on a regular basis.

For the safety and health of your family, we recommend regular residential heater maintenance.

When you have a maintenance plan, you have peace of mind that repairs will be addressed before they become major expenses.
