COMMERCIAL HEAT PUMP REPAIR
@ FORREST ANDERSON

When it comes to your business, it has to be the right temperature for your customers and employees.

It’s not something you think about often but Phoenix can get some cold weather, making your business an uncomfortable place for employees and customers.

What happens when the unit doesn’t switch from cool to heat? You can’t just wait for it to warm up. You need service and you need it fast.

The Forrest Anderson Commercial services team knows how to get your heat pump repaired quickly and efficiently.

For three generations we’ve been keeping customers and employees comfortable through cool winters (and hot summers).

Our trained technicians are available 24/7 for emergency service.

When we arrive at your business, we follow our four-point service model.

It’s designed to give you a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Our technicians will talk to you about the current problem, discuss heater repair options with you, provide a proposal of work, and work with you to get the work completed to your satisfaction.

If you’re not sure if it’s an emergency, give us a call. Ignoring a small repair can lead to greater damage to the heater and more expense to you. We’d rather check the problem and repair it as soon as possible.

Common Heat Pump Repairs

The heat pump has many moving parts that, if left to run without inspection or commercial heater maintenance, will cause the system to break down.

  • Ice accumulating on the unit. This shouldn’t happen especially in the temperate climate of Phoenix. If the commercial unit is icing, it’s a sign of a refrigerant leak, clogged filter, or dirty coils.

  • Area will not reach the set temperature. This is a sign of low refrigerant and it means the unit is not producing energy as efficiently as it could be. The leak needs to be sealed and refrigerant replaced by a licensed professional like Forrest Anderson.

  • Unit won’t switch to heat (or cool). In the summer, the heat pump vents hot air outside and cools air inside. In the winter, it’s reversed. If your unit is stuck in one mode, it’s possible the reversing valve is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced.

Our experienced team is here to make sure your commercial heat pump is in good working order so that your customers and employees are comfortable.
