Service for All Seasons
 

The Forrest Anderson Comfort Club includes two inspections per year, once in spring (to prepare for the blistering summer) and once in the fall (before the cold nights require the heaters to be turned on).
 

During your spring maintenance, we include:
 

• Checking refrigerant levels

• Inspecting all electrical connections

• Checking amp draws on all motors

• Cleaning the condenser coil (as needed)

• Check evaporator coil

• Check condensate drain

• Oil motors (if possible)

• Check thermostat operation

• Check indoor airflow

• Check air filters

• Inspect duct connections at unit

• Replace missing panel screws
   

And when it comes time for fall, we include the following:
 

• Check for gas leaks

• Inspect heat exchanger

• Inspect flue pipe

• Clean burners

• Inspect electrical connectors

• Test safety controls

• Check flue draft

• Oil motors (if possible)

• Check thermostat operation

• Check indoor airflow

• Check air filters

• Inspect duct connections at unit
